In a previous existence, this company is called Yuhaun Qingma Electrical & Mechanical factory, and established in 1980 with 5 machines and 3000RMB.After many times of integration and product transformation, it established the gear business field and the company name changed to ‘Yuhuan Zhenhua Gear factory’. By then, the employee is up to 50 and machines up to 80 sets.Along with the development of business and expanding of volume, in 1995, the company changed its name to ‘Taizhou Gear factory’.

In January, 2000, the company changed its name from ‘Taizhou Gear factory’ to ‘Zhejiang Shuanghuan Gear Co., Ltd.’, and recognized as a legal company. At that time they have 500 employees, the president was Mr. Ye Shanqun, and General Manager was Mr. Wu Changhong. Since this year, the business has grown very fast and the investments have been added to match this growth. |
| 2002 |
In 2002, the company purchased 50 Chinese units of land area (33350㎡) in Yuhuan Ind. Zone (headquarter), starting to build their 2nd manufacturing base. In the same year, the expanding-construction of the Nanda’ao facility was completed. This expansion provided over 30000 ㎡manufacturing area and actualized sales value of 150million RMB. |

On Dec. 05th, 2003, Zhejiang Shuanghuan Gears Group Co., LTD. came into existence, registered capital was 82.88million RMB. And the president was Mr. Ye Shanqun, the Vice-president was Mr. Li Shaoguang, and the General Manger is Mr. Wu Changhong. And both Zhejiang Shuanghuan gear co., LTD. and Taizhou gear factory were its subsidiary companies. Also this year, the construction of Yuhuan Ind. Zone facility (headquarter) started. The sales value was 250million RMB. |

In 2004, another subsidiary company--- Shuanghuan forging co., was established in Yuhuan. |
| 2005 |
In 2005, the construction of Yuhuan Ind. Zone facility (headquarter) was finished and put into production the same year. All gears & shafts with module under 3.0 were moved to this site. The Nanda’ao facility was mainly producing larger module products along with bevel gears. By then, a general product-set-up was formed. The total sales value at this time exceeded 380million RMB.
Also, they purchased 500 Chinese units of land area (333,500㎡) in Jiangsu Province and purchased another 50 Chinese units of land area (33,350㎡) in Shanghai Songjiang district as the 3rd and 4th manufacturing base, and they both started construction this year. |
| 2006 |
In 2006, as construction on some of the Jiangsu facilities were completed, they were put into production, and the construction on Shanghai facility was also nearly finished. They purchased another 200 Chinese units of land area (133,400㎡) to build the 5th manufacturing base, which was located in Yuhuan. The total sales value in 2006 achieve to 600million RMB.
During this year, there was considerable introspection and as a result, they reformed and integrated some of the excellent asserts. The Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co., LTD. was established with the president & General Manager was Mr. Wu Changhong. |

In 2007, the construction of Shanghai facility was finished and put into production. Although the Shamen facility was under construction, it had yet been completed. Also during this time, Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co., Ltd. was increasing capital through increasing shareholders, and preparing to get themselves listed in the share market.
