 Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co., Ltd., which was established in 1980, is a joint owners specializes in themanufacturing of gears & shafts for automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, heavy equipments. In addition, we produce spiral bevel gears & shafts for tractors, power tools and sewing machines. After nearly 30 years of dedication to hard work and belief of ‘Continuous improvement is a never ending journey’ has resulted in becoming the largest gear & shaft manufacturer in mainland China. Our performance has gained notoriety receiving numerous awards.
Currently, there are over 1000 sets of advanced machines been utilized. This equipment is recognized as being the best available and purchased both in domestic and international markets.Also it has many advanced inspection instruments available for all kinds of inspections. All these machines and equipments assure superior performance of our products.
To continue to be a leader in our industry & to employ the best management techniques, we have since 2004, engaged a former TOYOTA expert as the consultant to bring in the TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM. The conversion has been successful and we continue to our efforts to become a ‘LEAN’ company. Also the company during the past 2 years has enhanced the IT development, it put in place the ERP, PDM, OA and on-site barcode tracking system. All these help the company come to a higher level on information technology management.

Since the company in 2002 implemented their global marketing strategy, they have been successfully supplying parts to BOSCH, JOHNDEERE, FIAT, Borg Warner, ZF, DANA, BALCK&DECKER, DEMAG etc. During the past 5 years, the company’s annual sales has grown 30% yearly, and in 2007 totaled 800 million RMB. The company vision is to ‘change the self-supply philosophy of gear industry, and to be the leading gear & shaft manufacturer in the world’.
